You must arrive in advance of your sailing time. Specific timeframes are outlined below.
- You may arrive for an earlier or later sailing on the same day and travel stand-by. Let the ticket seller know so you are not charged a no-show fee.
- There is no separate reservation line. Reservation holders will be directed to the reservation holding lanes past the tollbooths.
Port Townsend/Coupeville
- Arrive and join the line 30-45 minutes in advance of your reserved sailing.
Anacortes/San Juan Islands - Friday Harbor, Orcas Island, Shaw Island, and Lopez Island (Domestic)
- Arrive and join the line 45-60 minutes in advance of a reserved sailing.
- Drivers must check-in at a tollbooth or with an attendant at least 30 minutes before reserved sailing in both directions. If you don't check-in, you will lose your reserved space and must travel standby.
